Why Fresh-Milling? Most of the US’s bagels are made with cheap, overly-processed, industrial flour. It’s a nutrient-stripped filler that’s worst for our health and the environment. We’re making bagels differently by fresh-milling organically-grown grains DAILY on our own stone mills. This means, our bagels are naturally nutrient-rich, flavorful, and are designed to work for our health - not against it.
All orders ship directly from our bakery in 1 business day. So, orders placed on Thursday after 1 pm and on the weekend are shipped on Monday.
Please note that our bagels maintain their quality when frozen. We recommend that you freeze immediately if you can’t eat our bagels within 5 days of receipt.
