We created One Mighty Mill when we realized there was a systemic issue with how we farm and process wheat in the U.S. We're on a mission to fix flour by following a time-worn tradition of milling. We stone-mill 100% USDA certified wheat from our partner farmers so that our flour gets all of its natural nutrients and flavor.
All of our stone-milled Mighty breads are USDA Certified Organic & Non-GMO project certified! We only partner with organic farmers which means our products are organic from soil, to stone-milled flour, to bagel.
We are proud to use NO refined sugars in our stone-milled Mighty breads. We add a touch of honey or barley malt to impart some natural sweetness. We love baking with honey because of it's dynamic flavor, ability to be sourced locally, and more healthful qualities than refined sugar.
There are NO SEED OILS in our Mighty Breads. We use 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in our Mighty breads. Picking out the right oil - from a nutritional perspective - is a complicated process. For us, from both a processing and healthful perspective, there really is nothing better than olive oil.
